Novasim question

Recommended Posts

Guest tca9083

I am trying to build a water tower that has cylindrical supports. I can make the supports, but I can't figure out how to tilt them slightly inwards from the ground to the bottom of the tank. Any help appreciated. Thanks,Mike

>Haven't used Novasim (only Nova), but there should be an>option to rotate the cylinder in any direction.Mike,Shouldn't be much difference between the two, but the cylinder is vertically oriented. Rotating it only turns it on it's own axis with zero effect. Perhaps if I said I need it to lean inwards a bit, that might be more accurate. Thanks,

I have not useed Novasim either but would it not be simple to simply grab the top poly(or vertices) and move 'em? Cheers Dan Martin
