Advice needed please!

HiI have just discovered the following problem (pic attached) I have tried deleting any add on scenery and still this appears. Any suggestions out there as to what may be causing this? Using FSX with no SP's !Many thanks and kind regards

Is this at an airport? If so which one? Looks like it might be a tower object incorrectly associated with a tower viewpoint.
