30m mesh...need help!

HelloI finally managed to find a 30m mesh for a beautiful island in Greece, LesvosThe Format is .adfI opened it through Global mapper,the terrain of the whole island is visualized, everything fine.The information I have from global mapper isUPPER LEFT X 398176.844UPPER LEFT Y 4359984.500LOWER RIGHT X 466676.844LOWER RIGHT Y 4312584.500WEST LONGITUDE 25 49.063 ENORTH LATITUDE 39 23.322 NEAST LONGITUDE 26 36.923 ESOUTH LATITUDE 38 57.378 NNUM COLUMNS 686NUM ROWS 475PIXEL WIDTH 100 metersPIXEL HEIGHT 100 metersMIN ELEVATION 0 metersMAX ELEVATION 900 metersELEVATION UNITS= metersI export it as BIL file (2 bytes elevation)But I cannot make a correct inf file for the resample.exeCould anyone please help me?Thanx in advanceYiannis

Hi Yiannis,looks like the data are in UTM projection. You should first convert it to Geographic / WGS84 projection with ArcDegrees as units (Tools > Configure > Projection) and then export as BIL. Then load the BIL, go into Export Raster > Export BIL and use the information in the Sample Spacing and Export Bounds > Global Projection to build you inf (or, alternatively, use the data directly from the .hdr file).Make sure that you know about the limitation that FS will only display mesh if the data completely fills the corresponding LOD sections. See http://www.fs-traveler.com/tips-d.shtml . When dealing with smaller areas it's often necessary to either include mesh from other sources around the edges or increase the LOD level.Good luck!Cheers, Holger
