HiSome time ago I visited a site where there was a civil aviation database but I have lost the link, can anyone advise.thxSun

The only "database" I know of is:www.airliners.netalthough you can also get a lot of information and pictures of most A/C from:www.aso.com (although it is a "trade" site !)

If you are looking for a FAA database of aircraft registration and airman records, www.avweb.com maintains one. roger

http://162.58.35.241/acdatabase is maintained by the FAA and has all civil AC registrations in the U.S.

Thx allSorry to say these are not the one!This chap was a flightsimmer I think who had some brilliant records, I tried the old Zambia Airways Nkwazi DC10 it now flies for Monarch hehe, maybe someones memory will kick in..Sun
