September 4, 200223 yr I just uploaded a new set of taxiways for SimFlyers KLAX. Here are some of the features of it:- This can handle a lot of AI traffic. I have LAX set up with about 1500 daily flights and there is still a lot more capacity left in the airport.- Two versions are included. One that works with the SimFlyers static aircraft, and one that works without it to give even more capacity. There are almost 200 gates in the version without the static aircraft. - Includes 2 overlays. One for the north runways (24/6) and one for the south runways (25/7). Some aircraft will taxi over from one side to the other for takeoff or after landing, just like in real world.- Inside runways used exclusively for departures and outside used exclusively for landings. This is how it is usually done at LAX. - Special design techniques to allow AI aircraft to taxi into and out of the "alleys" between the terminals without getting hung up.- Special design techniques used to move landing aircraft off the runways much much faster than they would normally exit. In other words, the aircraft don't do a lot of taxiing on the runway after they land. This prevents most of the go arounds and gets a lot more aircraft on the ground.- Special design techiques used to eliminate almost all of the problem with AI aircraft getting hung up on each other and freezing.- Different Tower and Ground COM frequencies used for the north and south parts of the airport. When you tune the radio you will hear only traffic on one set of runways, just like real life. North Ground - 121.65 North Tower - 133.90 South Ground - 121.75 South Tower - 120.95- All taxiways and gates are correctly labeled.Matt Fox
