I think this FAQ has something wrong...any thoughts?

Im not an expert, but I think that it works almost like the gears on a car, the Highest RPM, and pitch of the properlers the more use of fuel, engine work and noise. its like having a car going up on a hill in first gear.I'm not a real pilot, therefore I can be mistaken.

But this is the thing, high pitch = lower revs. This one has me puzzled.
