AFCAD Problem again...

Recommended Posts

I am haveing a problem with one of the runways in KPHL. Whenever an aircraft lands on RWY 27L and exits at the S10 taxiway, it stops at the hold node and then sticks there, holding up subsequent traffic on the runway. I've checked the position of the hold node, placed a normal node within 70 ft. of the hold node (as is recommended in the help files) and checked for continuity in the taxiways. I can find nothing wrong, but the problem still persists. Anyone know of the cause and, better still, a solution?ThanksRay

Hi Ray,sometimes it helps to move the hold short node closer towards the runway. Andreas

I've moved the hold short node all over the airport and the dumb plane still gets stuck in the same place. Ray

Delete everything in the area. Leave the runway, and create a whole new taxiway path to another main taxiway. Don't forget a new hold short node.Hope this helps,-- Tom GibsonCalifornia Classic Propliners: http://www.calclassic.com/Cal Classic Alco Page: http://www.calclassic.com/alco/Freeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.com/ San Diego Model RR Museum: http://www.sdmodelrailroadm.com/Drop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
