Did you receive some error message? TTools (ttools133.zip) contains three executable files and help files.TDecompiler.exe decompiles your traffic.bgl file located in your fs2002scenedbATCScenery folder and make three text files labelled Aircraft.txt, Airports.txt, and FlightPlans.txt.TCompiler.exe recompiles the three text file into a new traffic.bgl.CollectAirports.exe searches your scenery folders for any new airports and adds them to the Airports.txt.If you are getting an error that TDecompiler.exe cannot find fs2002, then you may not have it properly registered in the Windows registry. TTools and many other tools use the registry to find the fs2002 location. If this is the case (you can check the Windows Add/Remove Programs menu to see if fs2002 is listed), rename the fs2002 folder to fs2002OLD. Reinstall fs2002 to the same disk drive. Test the new copy of fs2002 to see if it operates correctly. If so, rename the fs2002 folder to fs2002NEW. Rename fs2002OLD to fs2002. Restart fs2002 and see if it operates correctly. If so, you can delete fs2002NEW or keep it as a backup installation. Also check the operation of TTools.
