AI Trafic problems

Guys, I was hoping you could help me out sorting out the problem I am having based on your experience. As far as of now I am a newbie trying to understand how things can work with Traffic Tools by using AI Traffic by Helge Haaland. The problem I am having today is I rec'd "pop up" error message that says: Run-time eror '5' Invalid Prodecures call or argument.I don't recall that kind of error message before but, what I did was importing the API. file into Traffic.bgl and I could not continue even I have tried different methods.
