AFCAD v1.4 question

I recently upgraded from afcad 1.2 to 1.4. Now when I run my simulator and AFCAD the "+" indicator for my aircraft on the afcad screen is no longer there (so I don't know where I am on the airfield)Any Idea why? How to fix this (laymens trems please, new to FS and computers)

Have you tried renaming the afcad.ini file to afcad.OLD then restarting afcad, import an airport file, start fs2002 and see if the red cross reappears.

Thnak you for your response. No. I have searched for FSUIPC and it is in fact not on my computer. I have searched flightsim.com and cant find the file to download. Any suggestions where I can find it?Rick
