Aircraft.cfg and paintshop?????

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hey guys, look, I've been trying to open my aircraft.cfg files and not having any luck. The problem I'm having is when I go to open it, I get this window that states something like... "Paintshop unable to support this file". Blah, Blah, Blah. Why would this file want to be opened in paintshop???? I'm tryin to open it in wordpad, but it's not allowing me to do that. How do I change this? Also, some useful info might be that my file (Aircraft.cfg) has a small paint icon in it. Op system is Win98.Doc

Looks to be like your aircraft.cfg file is set to open with paintshop. You should be able to right click on the aircraft.cfg file and select properties, then select open with: here you can change it to notepad. This is the way with XP & 2000, I think same way with 98, can't remember, and that's sad because I ran 98 up till couple months ago. How quickly we forget...LOL:-outtahttp://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...43942b48d2b.jpg
