Combining flight plans...

I have two flight plans that I'd like to put together, but I can't figure out how. I'm just confused. If someone could put them together or guide me through the process. It would be greatly appreciated! There might not be enough time between the second and third legs, 18:23 arrival and 18:40 departure. I know they say the minimum is 15 minutes, but if you're setting up anything like a real KPIT and KRDG then you'll have waits for takeoffs and go-arounds on landing.
