Big Problem, need help.

Hello, this messege Runtime execption code c0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at address 00859F52 file: Winrun.cpp Line: 165, what it means, what can i do to fix this problem.

When are you getting this error?What revision level are you at 230?
