EINN Shannon, Ireland ILS Repairs Uploaded (pics)

For those of you enjoying Jim Donlin's Shannon airport package, you may have noticed that the ILS approaches for the opposing Rwys 06 and 24 are non-functional. Occasionally Fly! cannot handle opposing runways that share the same frequency for their approaches. Shannon is one of the worst of these - each side basically knocks the other out and you get a reverse signal (back course) and no glide slope. Sometimes these actually work (KCMH, Columbus, Ohio) - sometimes they are correctable (LGAV by PMDG - Athens, Greece).Shannon refused to cooperate, so I have changed the localizer frequency for Rwy 06 by .05 MHz. This will give you full functioning approaches for both ends. Other fixes include glide slope placement, DME correction for Rwy 06 and addition of the LOM for Rwy 24. Please study the Readme file carefully, as I have included an option for you purists who would refuse to use a different frequency. :-)Approaching glide slope intercept for Rwy 06

My girlfriend's name is Shannon and she is Irish by history (which explains her drinking habits and her temper (as well as beating me up :-lol)), so I'm enjoying using this scenery. :)

Well, now you can take her along, pop some caps and share a drink all the way to the threshold with Mr.Auto running the glide slopes. (Just don't try that in the real world). :-beerchug

LOL :-lolThere's also a city of Preston (pop 156000) in the UK. I had an idea to spend our vacation in both Preston and Shannon. Fun! :)
