Jennifer Lopez' older sister? (For James Eden)

I know it's like living with Jennifer Lopez and wanting to date her older sister, but while I think I've died and gone to heaven flying the Debonair, I can't help fantasising what the V-tail version would be like......:-shy James, is there any possible chance whatsoever of you creating one from the Debonair? I didn't realise it was essentially the same aircraft until reading the manual and hoped it might just involve a few tweaks of your model (Ignorance is bliss). Thing is, I'm just nuts about Mrs Beech's finest, straight and Vee! Thanks for reading, and thank you very much indeed for your fabulous work of art.

At the moment, I don't know. You mean a V-tailed type Bonanza with a Debonair body? If I recall correctly, James, all you would need to do is remove the vertical and horizontal stabilizers, and put a V-tail on it from a visual standpoint.The early v-tails had the shorter third window, just like the Deb. To the best of my knowledge, the fuselage was the same between the two models.Search at Trade-a-Plane, and you'll see numerous examples of this. If your MSFS2002 Bonanza, "V" tail flies like the real thing, then it won't handle as nicely as the Debonair, the model 33. The "V" tail made the airplane want to fishtail at certain speeds as I recall. At least in some models. I flew them both, and quite a lot, as a charter pilot, but that was back between 1965 and 1967. So a long time ago for you young guys. I also flew a new one in about 86 or so for a few hours. Now that one was improved some. That was the "V-35" as I recall.

Nooooooooooo......Thats a Deb, the A-36 wasn't even born when that plane was built.That photo of 63M appears in a Trade-a-Plane listing for a Debonair. I think it is a '59, and that's a good 9 or ten years before the A-36 came out. You might be thinking of the -33, as in E-33 / F-33, which was essentially the replacement for the Deb.This is an A-36 (see below), and whether early or late model, they never looked much different than this externally; always had the four side windows as you see them.Below that is a '51 V. Notice what is missing from it?I forget the first production year for the 36, but I believe it was late 60s.
