Sky color...

I don't think it's natural for the sky to go from say an overcast to a blue horizon. Whenever I look outdoors on a cloudy day, the clouds seem to meet up with the horizon. My question is: Is there a program or addon that will remove the blue horizion in stormy weather? I also think that the fog should be grayish in color not just a blue haze. Are there addons that will do this?
