Throttle Travel- Can You Adjust?

Hi All,I use a CH ProThrottle USB (highly recommended), but it seems that I can't get the throttle to start below about 20% power (ie the lowest physical setting on my throttle movement, which should be 0, actually equals 20% on screen- and goes up from there as I push the throttle forward). This makes for some "rolling idles" and fast landings.Is there a way to adjust a control.ini or something to get the throttle to start at 0%?Best,Joel

Joel it would sound like this could be as simple as doing a calibration of you stick. You should have a Fly controller daignostic file in the main FlyII directory. You could also try making a backup, delete it and try booting up again. This used to be an issue with Fly! 2k as well.The work around was to re-calibrate your control, but make sure during the calibration to NEVER slide it down to 0! Leave it up a hair. (Does that make sense?)I do the same all the time now with my throttle... It works.

Go into the FLY2 directory, look for "control.txt" file and change the Z axis null zone from .05 to .1. This will fix it.tony

Thanks,I actually did something like that and got the right result- throttle now starts at 0 and goes to 100. Maybe it was null zone, but might have been a different parameter.Joel
