My ground school instructor (flying for 27 years) told us about some guy in California that got bustded by the FAA. Check this out. He rigged a lawn chair ... yes a L-A-W-N C-H-A-I-R..with balloons and set to flight. Several planes spotted him but dared not report it. Well, finally a Heavy did. I don't get all the details because I was laughing too hard, but he was cited for breaking class A airspace without filing a flight plan. ...Must have forgot.blake
