Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi!I have been using a an FSYoke LE USB with both FS2000 and FS2002 and have had the same problem on both.At start up of FS, the ailerons are in extreme right bank/turn position making it necessary to recalibrate the Yoke each time I start the sim.Has anyone else had this probel or know why it occurs? Or better yet how to fix it?Bluesky821

Are you by chance using CH control manager? I had some trouble with my USB yoke with this software installed, but the problem went away when I just let windows XP detect the devices (not sure what OS you're using). Also, if you don't have it, then download the freeware FSUIPC, which is much better for calibrating the yoke. You should be able to find the file in the library. Good luck, and welcome to AVSIM. Hope you enjoy your stay :-)

I get the same thing, only with the rudder; it's just habit for me now to calibrate before flight. And this is with FSUIPC installed and running things well..Regards,Rick
