That bird is looking very good !Do you have a blank painting scheme for the Saab 340 ?I mad my repaint of the OLT Saab without and had problems. The Saab 340 from OLT (German Commuter airline) will take Georg and me for short hubs around northern Germany.Cord

Hi Javier and Cord,I hope you both repainters will get the permission from TonyC to upload the new versions of the Saab 340.Cord got the gear problem fixed (see screenshot) and also the windows painted (I think you too, Javier, as far as I can see from you screenshot), maybe now the front gear is a little bit stuck into the ground - but that's only a question of finetuning I think. Maybe Cord can tell you how he did it?Thank you to both of you, Javier and Cord!RegardsGeorg (EDDW)(This shot was not taken at the usual place I will fly that bird ((northern Germany)). But actually Steve's EGOQ is my eye-candy - together with that outstanding UK scenery by Paul Brooks)http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/73143.jpg

No I don't have a Blank Scheme and probably that is what is causing problems to my gear and propellers ( Wheels look like dolly wheels and I can't see the propellers ) I am using the S340A.tiff file as the template. Do you have the blank scheme? Could you share it to me? Freaks_Fish@yahoo.comI made some progress last night with the tail. And reversed the Cockpit Windshield to transparent just as a test. I prefer the painted Windshield though. Who knows, maybe I throw in the pilot and co-pilot if I can figure it out how. Here are some shots of both, the pogress fine tunning the colors on the tail and the Dolly Wheels problem, also, as you cannot see :-) there is no propellers showing ( The Engine is Stoped ) I am sure Tony will let us upload the repaints as we are just contributing to this great community and spreading his great work - in different colors - but I had no plans to upload the repaint until it is finished, then I will ask for permissions ( plural ) as there might be a little extra stuff I might put in ( not a big thing though ) http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/73179.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/73180.jpg

I'd like to see two pilots in that cockpit. Why not use the ones in the Pilatus?tony

Hello Leen, Javier and Tony,I took the same way as ROTW for the famous TBM700, I copied and amended a Foto.My OLT Saab is wearing painted windows, but the original ACM-file takes standard black as an transparent area. Therefore you can also paint the default windows in another colour. But I like the Saab with non-transparent blue cockpit windows, that gives the right atmosphere.Pilot figures in the cockpit require models of them in the plane, which can be painted in the TIF file - That job takes longer !Cord

Hello Cord,The ACM is`nt taking black for the windows.Even a totall green tif gives a green plane with transparent windows. Please send me your tif and acm so I can see the difference.leen@leendejagertweewielers.nlRegardsLeen
