Steve,As you know I'm no expert at this but...Have you tried merging the parts together? Are you sure it isn't a polys issue? Those arches seems to have way too many faces = polys. You may want to turn that into just a texture.Jarno may be able to help you.Good luck!http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/banneraa.jpg

As Alejandro said attaching parts of the scene into one, welding adjacent points, reducing some polygons may help. if you like you can also send the model to me as 3ds file and I can also test exporting into fly!(to all friends!) I have free times nowadays, please let me know if I can help with some new models and sceneries.biber salsabiber@ltba.net

Hi Biber,I will put in a request for a few models... Log Cabins, a log cabin looking hangar and some various boat / amphibian docks for lakes. Maybe a few cool looking speedboats, too?? Could really use a Weather station also!! :-hah Hey! I'm a weather guesser, and need a station or two here and there... ;-)For an idea, here are some shots from MSFS macros I found, but do not convert with FSImport . The log Cabin/home, garage and hangar were designed by Bror Inge Skipperstoen; powerboat was (I believe) designed by John de Langristin; the weather station (though not a true realistic one) designed by Frank Betts; the lake hangar (with boat next to it) is from the jflakehgr2.zip file (no author credit available).http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/76119.jpgLog hangar http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/76120.jpgWeather Station (no need for checkered pattern)http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/76121.jpgLake Hangar/dockhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/76123.jpgLog Home and Log GarageKen Wood :-sun1http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/bannernewkw.jpgGateway 700X; Intel P4 2.4GHz; 512MB RAM; NVIDIA Ti4200 4X AGP 128MB; SB Audigy; Thrustmaster TopGun Fox 2 Pro Shock

Yeah?? I call it my "own little place in heaven" - a private island on coastal Maine. A couple of cows, a couple of horses... some deer, a boat - my Seawind and a lot of peace and quiet! :-hahJust wish I could have gotten FSI to see the macros and convert over to Fly! II. My TerraScene area looks far better than MSFS landclass... ;-)Ken Wood :-sun1http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/bannernewkw.jpgGateway 700X; Intel P4 2.4GHz; 512MB RAM; NVIDIA Ti4200 4X AGP 128MB; SB Audigy; Thrustmaster TopGun Fox 2 Pro Shock
