Let me add my "Good Work and Great Models, Steve" to all the compliments that I have been reading. With all these models, Steve, will you be placing them into one POD so they can be used in scenery? I would use some of them now except it would require our FLYers to download a large number of files. One file download would be so much better.Keep up the good work Steve. Do you lock yourself in a room when you start your design? :-lol

Great Job Steve.Any Plans to become an Aircraft Designer and help Jarno, with some of his creations, I know that Jarno has been doing this a long time now and may give you some hints, Maybe ? you two can team up and create more planes, If Alex can hold on to what he has in his plansJust a thought !Jeff http://www.f2fdesign.com/ Check out this awesome website http://www.flyiideveloper.com/http://flyawaysimulation.com/forum18.html http://www.flyiideveloper.com/_borders/a10.gif

You never know Jeff :-) But I have a long way to go before a do a plane. One thing I do know is, its model making for me from know on.My time will be greatly reduced with Fly2 because of health problems. My chest pains hit me again today, so its take it easy time Im afraid. I have a few more models to finish and then I will upload them. If Im gone for a while its because my Internet connection may be off for a week while the building work on my house is done. Take care and all the best, Steve.http://mysite.freeserve.com/ysomdesign/banner.jpg My Websitehttp://www.wrexhamspace.orghttp://www.cafeshops.com/wrexhamspace

Hi Steve, thank you for the new "toys". Please do a lot lot lot of those wonderful objects for us as (actually) you are the only one creating new generic models. And beside wonderful new aircraft we need some new eye-candy which makes simming more enjoyable - at least for some of us!Georg (EDDW)

Its my pleasure Georg and I will keep it up.Just found out from the builder that my Internet connection would only be effected for a few hours so Im uploading this...http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/76412.jpg Im working on some scenery models with the Seaplane in mind ;-) PSJust a note to all, these are not low polly objects so if you use a few with an old computer things will get slow. I have tested these models on my computer which is only a 1.5 chip and 500m RAMStevehttp://mysite.freeserve.com/ysomdesign/banner.jpg My Websitehttp://www.wrexhamspace.orghttp://www.cafeshops.com/wrexhamspace

Bless you, Steve! The log hangar and mill are stunning examples of the talent you have kept hidden! That was exactly what I was hoping for! I cannot even get a box and a plane to match up in TrueSpace! But I am not licked yet!I am hoping that the pains are only temporary and that you have consulted with your doctor! Do keep things easy for yourself. Methinks you had too much excitement on NASA's VC! :-hahAnd remember - "Let the builders do it - let the builders do it"... :-eekMany, many thanks and cheers! :-beerchugKen Wood :-sun1http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/bannernewkw.jpgGateway 700X; Intel P4 2.4GHz; 512MB RAM; NVIDIA Ti4200 4X AGP 128MB; SB Audigy; Thrustmaster TopGun Fox 2 Pro Shock

Many thanks Ken :-) But honestly this is very easy. Its hard to understand reading how to do it, but if you were sat next to me now and watched what to do, you would kick yourself for not knowing before :-lol Giorgio did a fantastic 11 picture tutorial for me to start with, on how to add the textures. Then he sent another picture tutorial how to map different areas of a cube. After that I was off!!! And our friend Rodger did it too. Sadly I dont think it would be any good for Truespace. But Gmax would work the same... I have loads to learn still, but Im working on a speedboat, thats tricky to get the shape :-) I am taking it easy though ;-) and typing around bags of Cement, sand and a mixer. My walls are now down to the brick and Im now Black with soot from the fireplace. I think the pains in my chest were from lack of the "Amber Nectar" (Lager/beer) :-lol Cheers Stevehttp://mysite.freeserve.com/ysomdesign/banner.jpg My Websitehttp://www.wrexhamspace.orghttp://www.cafeshops.com/wrexhamspace
