Hi guys,Can someone fire up the Peregrine for me and report back their Annunciator Panel Status?After Engine start up.....I still have 2 annunciatior lights displayed (Ice Protection Selected and Stall Indent)Is this normal? ............and why are they displayed?Thanks for your HelpRegardJohn

John, that is correct. Everytime I have flown the Hawker the two lights stay on. Turning the anti-icing system on does not turn the lights off. Why this is someone else will have to answer. May be a warning that the systems are working.

Hi,I gave it a try this afternoon.Used auto-start , I cannot fly this bird , worked OK.NO lights.Everything OK.I think the announciater only points to things which are NOT OK.In flight there should be no warning.Regards

G'day John,Have you got the B747 in your aircraft folder???I don't think you have :-)I just did a quick flight in the hawker and had NO Lights. If I switched on engine anti-ice then the ENG anti ice lights would illuminate.It is normal practise to have lights ON for operation of engine anti ice/pitot heat and window heat mainly as a confirmation to the pilot that the system is ON and also as a reminder not to forget to turn it OFF.Many a pitot cover has been charred beyond recognition and the pitot head ruined by forgetful pilots (and maintenance guys :-) ).Cheers,Roger @YSSY Cheers,Roger @YSSY

Correct! Ever since Fly!2, you must turn on the Left & Right Fuel Pumps. This turns out the overhead low pressure warnings by the switches and extinguishes the Fuel warning on the Annunciator panel.

Hi Roger,Just to confirm I don't have the B747 in my aircraft folder, and I don't understand why these lights remain on, seeing that I have not modified the Hawker in anyway.I'll investigate further.Cheers John

G'day John,The reason that I mentioned the 747 is that on the O/H panel of the Hawker I have 6 ?????? engine start switches showing. :-) Sure only the normal 2 are active but I suspect that a file from Jeans 747 may somehow be also involved removing those icing lights as I do vaguely remember them working as you state. From memory I also think the anti-icing system is/was broken in Fly! II. Another good theory shot down in flames! :-) I tried removing the 747 pods. That got rid of the extra 4 start switches but still I don't get the icing lights. I KNOW I used to get them.Cheers,Roger @YSSY
