AFCAD Question

Recommended Posts

Not exactly sure where to post this, so I'm putting it in the main forum. If there is a specific place questions regarding AFCAD need to go... could somebody please let me know? THX!I finally delved into the world of modifying my traffic and of course, as a side consequence, I need to modify the airports to hold the new traffic. :)I am working exclusively with Spain, BTW, since it is my home country. (Although I live in Atlanta now.)I have modified LEMG, my hometown airport in Malaga just fine. I have also downloaded a great update to LEMD, Barajas in Madrid.Since Barajas and El Prat in Barcelona are the two airports that get the most traffic in Spain, I decided I would work on El Prat and add more gates so I could get the Iberia schedule working correctly.Ok, so I fire up AFCAD, find LEBL, and get ready for a round of adding parking. OOOOPS! No airport diagram in AFCAD. #####?I zoom out, in, out, in. NADA! El Prat doesn't seem to load up in AFCAD. So I scratch my head and test out other airports. MOST load up just fine, but there are a couple of airports in Spain that just do not load in AFCAD. I haven't tried other parts of the world, so can't say if the problem is confined to Spain.Has anybody encountered this? Is this a known problem with AFCAD? OR, am "I" doing something wrong and I do not know what it is?Any suggestions, advice, or comments would be MUCH appreciated. And just because it needs to be said... THANK YOU Lee, for two absolutely unbelievable tools for FS. You should be HIRED by MS to work on the next version of this sim. :)
