Missing Santa_Cruz LULC

Can anyone tell me where I can download this missing LULC 250 for Santa_Cruz California it is missing form the default Terrascene autodownload site.Thanx,Kelvin Parian

I found this at USGS1:250,000-scale Land Use Land Cover for N36.53 W122.46The LULC files listed below are named after the 1:250,000-scale quadrangles that fall within the region you selected. These files are sent with a MIME type of application/x-gzip. Please set your browser accordingly.For more information about the LULC Data Set see the 1:250,000-scale Land Use Land Cover GLIS User Guide . SANTA CRUZ,CA (no data available)

The subject of missing LULC data been 'explored' before. Search the archived Fly!forums. I know one such recently was 'Tampa,FL and Terrascene' and Randall Rocke had a few points for filling in such missing LULC data.
