The "optional" slicer (not the one activated by CTRL-E in the game)isincluded in the 230 patch. It is activated by terrascene, name : Flyslice.exe in the root dir of FLY. Seems to be stable, parameters can be adjusted, briefly documented in terrascene. The execute text file is automaticaly generated by terra, but you can use the slicer without rendering options.

hmmm...I just reinstalled it and patched with the cumulative patch. Doesn't seem to be included there. Is there another source for it?

Never mind. The patch I used was 210 not 230. I have it now. Thanks.

Epi,Just so there's no confusion:Fly!Edit is actually a program of Fly!I/Fly!2K, as TS can still produce scenery for those versions. Fly!Edit 1.06 is included in TS. You can also download Fly!Edit 1.05 from the Fly! File Library - again, these programs are only for Fly!I/Fly!2k (updated to the SDK v1.01.88 level)For Fly!II, you simply need to patch up to the 230 build, and "fly2slice.exe" will be added to the root directory.
