Does anyone have trouble with Ariane Air Shop's 737-300

Hi;I was just wondering if anyone has had problems downloading Ariane Air Shop's Boeing 737's?? I paid for two aircraft that I wanted to download, and when I was given the links to the download....the next page came up saying NOT FOUND. Its the second time I've tried to download both of them....and both times it says error, 404 or page not found.I tried emailing Ariane Studio's various times, and they take like 2 weeks to reply back....and they only reply when they want to. I have sent them many emails.They said they would get there servers fixed and that all should be fixed now....but that was a joke. It hasn't changed.Does anyone know what else I can do to download these planes??Thanks,Jonnymidwestx@starband.net

The same thing happened to me. The link that they gave while I was still on their webpage did not work. However, the link that was sent to me on the emailed receipt worked fine. Have you tried that one?

Welcome to the club I know where you are coming from.Anyway the other way to d/l you plane is to go to the "view old receipts" page enter in your information and a page will appear with your orders and a link will be provided. I had to do this to d/l the UAL 757 I ordered from :)Hope this helpsJohn

PeopleJust look above for the thread called "ariane 757 for sale" and when you've read that, do a search here at Avsim for 'Ariane'.Then you'll know what you've trodden into and why you're having all the problems you're encountering....
