AT LAST.........AI airliners at Renton Municipal

Featured Replies

I cannot believe how simple the solution was. I just forced the AI to use runway 15 (by ticking the ILS box in OBJECT PROPERTIES when using FLED), and suddenly I started seeing AI airliners landing AND taking-off from Renton Municipal.I am pretty sure that this problem has everything to do with the complex airspace in the region. Renton Municipal is very close to Boeing Field and SeaTac International, and I suspect that the AI environment of these two airports was just too close to allow airliner operations at Renton when using runway 33.This airport has suddenly become a nicer place to visit :-)Chris Low.

I set the ILS at both ends of the runway & I noticed 2 departing MD.Then I removed ILS 33 & I noticed 1 B737 departing from rwy 15. I observed the airport about 10 minutes in each situation. I'll look more.B.Adamski
