The last of the big stuff that needs to be shipped via motor freight:Fiber glass cowling (top and bottom halves)Clear CanopySteel Canopy frameAluminum skins that go with the sliding part of the canopy.Tires, rims, brakes, wheel pants, fiber glass gear leg fairingsFiber glass fairings for the fuselage to empennage transitionsSteel engine mountSpinnerAnd assorted hardware for all the above.As of this writing (Friday, March 12, 2004) the crate is Albuquerque, NM and is loading for the Atlanta area. And the aluminum skins for fairing from the fuselage to the wings.The crate is currently on a trailer from Little Rock to the Atlanta area and is due to arrive Sunday morning in Atlanta. If ABF does what they did last time, it should be transferred to a truck for the short trip to the ABF depot in Chattanooga Sunday evening.Jerry K. ThorneEast Ridge, TN

The 330-pound finishing kit crate from Van's Aircraft is coming up from the ABF freight terminal in Atlanta to their Chattanooga facility as I write this. Normally ABF does not do residential deliveries on Monday's, and I do not expect to get the crate until Tuesday morning.Jerry K. ThorneEast Ridge, TN
