PSS Am really cheesed off with you

Hi PSS,What is actually happening with the B777 updated patch that we was all expecting. It seems like to me we have been ripped off by buying the product and nobody lets you now via the forum from the company. I now several people have left makes you wonder why????????I will NOT be buying anything from PSS again as I'm just cheesed off with waiting and not hearing anything and nobody communicates with you via the forum. You get better communication from PMDG via that forum and yes I now that I should not be saying that on this forum but can you really blame me at least they keep you infomred and even bring out patched far quicker than PSS do. I have not flown the 777 since buying it with the vnav not correct etc. I did have some advice from various people which was helpful but can't find the replies now.(Please note this message in NOT aimed at Rob who provides airbus support or John who provide boeing support you two do a very good job and without you guys we would be totally lost) only at PSS people if they still read the postings on here.And if people are not happy with what I have put then I'm just putting my point across as I've not moaned at all with regards PSS until now. Jason I do sympathise. It is very frustrating for you and to be honest I can't give any assurance about the 777 patch. But realistically I doubt that anything is being worked on for this. The situation re patches is a frustrating one, fwiw the patches do exist albeit in beta forms, theres an FSX panel and gauge for both the 757 and 777.

jason:see the 10 dec. discussions in this linked thread to download your 'download purchase' aircraft from PSS's www -http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...35710&mode=fulli did what is described and it worked perfect.i only have one download aircraft from PSS (dash-8), the others are CDs that were gifts from LONG ago so i don't have the Abus series in my download space.--
