Technically speaking PSS have never supported the boxed versions of the product, if you purchase from JustFlight you would generally be directed to their support forums.

HiAlmost all Just Flight sales items are supported by them and they have a good support section in place.Norman Bowman

Surely, with regard to any bugs, they would then pass the details on to PSS, or do PSS allow Just Flight to fix problems themselves?

>Surely, with regard to any bugs, they would then pass the>details on to PSS, or do PSS allow Just Flight to fix problems>themselves? That's where my concerns are.If Just Flight are providing support that's all well and good, but if residual bugs exist how are they going to be fixed unless Just Flight have the source code as well.I'd like a 757, I have enjoyed the Level D 767 but really want the operational flexibility that comes with the 757 but don't want to buy into a product which is effectively end of life with no future development planned.RH

Level D are actually developing 757 themselves. Perhaps it's best to wait, as if it's on the same level as their 767, then it should be sheer brilliance. Regards, Mike

Having now flown the Level D it's such a disappointment flying just about anything else
