Does anyone encounter an error when they try to edit a panel using Microsoft Aircraft Editor? I get the "send error report" and so on...The program then closes...OS is XP HomeAny ideas appreciated

Some have indicated that FSEditor crashes when using it with WinXP. I used FSEditor with WinXP Pro set for performance and didn't have any problems. However, I don't routinely use FSEditor, especially for aerodynamic builds or modifications because it uses built in equations that are not necessarily correct for tweaked aircraft. Secondly, the panel editor is ridiculous. The line of gauges without identification couldn't be any harder to use. Download CfgEdit (freeware) or FS Panel Studio (shareware) from www.cfgedit.com . CfgEdit will work, despite warnings, with fs2002 except for the new XML gauges contained in the fs2002gauges*.cab files.
