Las Vagas Approach

Recommended Posts

Guest T3132

After installing version 3.1, I flew a quick flight from KLAX to KLAS.RC had me descend to 9100ft on final. This is a bit higher than the previous version and caused me to go around.Just wondering if this is a new feature. Thanks much,Thomas

That is exactly what happened to me, as I posted previously. (See post @ Final Approach).I have all the latest builds, etc, however sometimes on final approach the aircraft takes a nose dive or is too high for landing.Paul

New feature. MSA. There's that mountain on final to whatever runway it is. You can change this on the controller's page if you want to risk flying into it. RC should also take into consideration the terrain altitude on downwind, or final with straight in. Should, but not always.

go to the controllers page, next time, and reduce the msa for klas by 1000 ft, and see if that helpsjd
