Denver International, KDEN, Runway 16R/34L opens today

Denver International Airport's, 16,000'x200' runway 16R/34L officially opens today. It's a full CATIIIc, autoland, runway. It's the longest commercial airport in the US, and can accommodate take-offs for fully-loaded heavy aircraft like the 747-400 and A380. This is good for direct long-haul international flights that couldn't take off at Denver's altitude until now. They still need to get up to about 200 knots for take-off (as opposed to the usual 140-160 knots at sea level), but it's doable. This also increases the traffic flow into and out of the airport. Unfortunately, without more gates, this only means you'll be sitting on the ground waiting for a spot to open up longer than now.Now if only someone would make an add-on for FS2002 and FS9. Ironically, FS2000 has the runway.
