Recommended Posts

This evening i uploaded, what i hope will be the final build of 3.1, build 2272.it should fix a problem that i didn't anticipate with fs patch 9.1you can download it from http://www.jdtllc.com/v3/rcv31.zipyou will need to download the followingfsuipc v3.4 http://www.schiratti.com/files/dowson/FSUIPC.zipif you use widefs, http://www.schiratti.com/files/dowson/WideFS.zipadvdisp 2.123 http://www.schiratti.com/files/dowson/AdvDisp.zipif you have already downloaded the required files for previous rc v3.1 builds, that's it, you're done.if this is the first v3.1 beta you have downloaded, you will need additional controller wavs, and a few updated wavs for all controllers and pilots. you will need the following (only if you haven't gotten them!):http://avsim.com/flightdeck/rcv3/11.ziphttp://avsim.com/flightdeck/rcv3/12.ziphttp://avsim.com/flightdeck/rcv3/RCWavUpdateFULL.zip

For the first time ever, I have a problem running RC. After unzipping build 2272 and attempting to run, I got the message"mscomctl.ocx missing or bad registry", etc. I have always installed your previous updates flawlessly.Suggestions?Thanks.

I found the answer at:www.majorgeeks.com/faqshow.php?id=8Need to dowload and re-register the file. Never happened before. Maybe it has something to do with the Windows XP SP2 update.Thanks.

Unzip rcv31.exe into your Radar Contact folder c:program filesrcv30.Don't forget to update your RCv3 short so it points to rcv31.exe.

I installed all the files overwriting the old ones even though all but the exe one had the same dates. Now my fs200x.pln button does not work. When I start rc31 I see it is ver 2272.The only thing I get is saved flights and only 1.KNBA to Fort Meyers Lear 45RC jet. It's like it doesn't find my FS.What do I do now? Thanks,Ron If I go to rc0 it loads.I also have a RCv3b.exe I think, can't remember exactly,I'm at my office.Ron

is there a button that says register at the bottom? does it show your product id, and a place to put your key? if so, then you need to send the product id (including the - if there is one) to register@jdtllc.com and he will send you a new key, which you will have to copy and paste into the key box
