I'd like my Registration Key.

I ordered and installed RC in Sept, 2003. 2 weeks ago got a new CPU. On Feb 25 or 26 I requested a KEY in order to reinstall, and again on March 2 I made a second request. Still no key. Cany you help?? thanks, lr.

what email did you send your new product id to? register@jdtllc.com will work. send me your product id too. jd@jdtllc.comjd

We have not received any key requests from you recently. I don't think your emails are getting through to us.If you have a different email account such as hotmail or yahoo please send a request using that account.

Lou,Please check your yahoo email account. I found that email address from our prior correspondence. Just reply to my message and send your Product ID code again.

OKAY, OKAY, Just opened my mail and got a new number and it looks as if the registration went OKAY, THANKS for all your help, time, and PATIENCE! louross.Never saw customer service to equal you all!

Glad to hear it! The problem was you did not include the - (minus)sign in your initial key request.
