Replacement Key?

Recommended Posts

Guest aca_dia

I have reinstalled my program for the first time in over a year. I have tried to email out via the program a few times and have had no response for a replacement key. Any suggestions? I know its a pain for companies to have to deal with this so I can understand that it will take a bit, but I want to make sure I am going through the correct channel.

You do not have to use RC to request a key. Try using your regular email program. Address your message to register@jdtllc.com with a subject of RCv3 Key Request. In the body copy|paste your Product ID code and first and last name on one line.

thanks will do. Though the program opens up my email program and does that. Though maybe not to the same email address.

RCv3 does not work with web based email programs such has yahoo or hotmail. You need to manually address a message to register@jdtllc.com .
