Bill G's ERJ Panel

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hey gang, I just downloaded Bill G's wonderful ERJ panel and the FS2002 update, installed it on my machine, read all the documentation, and fired up FS2k2. Everything looks great except for the fact that a couple of the windows (namely the overhead, yoke, and GPS windows) have black areas which fill the screen other than the specific gauge that should go there, instead of being transparent. Also, none of the side views works--they're all black too. I could work around this, save for the fact that the only way to use the menu system on the MFD (as far as I can tell) is to have the yoke window up, which blocks out the MFD because of the non-transparency. I re-read the installation instructions and manual, but I can't find anything that I might have done wrong...but if I missed it, please tell me! Mea culpa! Does anyone have any suggestions about this, or am I just an isolated incident? Thanks in advance,Matt

Well, I figured it out. Who knew that I could botch the update so badly. What I did was take the folder with the panel information in the update and just replaced the original panel folder with the new one in its entirety rather than adding the files.Sheesh. :-roll Sorry to take up space!!!Matt
