RCv4 Problem

I am an enthusiastic user of RCv4 but I am having a problem with something. This does not happen all the time but is now happening on about 40-50% of my flights. Let me describe what happened on last night

the log you sent me, shows that approach thought you had been given a go around or declared a missed approach. did either of those things happen?jd
