Seeking recommendation of Beechcraft Bonanza

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi.Can anyone recommend a high quality Beechcraft Bonanza (either freeware OR payware -- the latter is fine as long as it's good quality). I understand a company called Carenado has one, but I've also read a number of unpleasant things about their products and support.--Tony

I second the above. Try Geof's Debonair first its excellent and it's freeware so you can try it at no risk. Both the Carenado Bonanza'a are also first rate. The two are very similar so its just a matter of taste whether you want the v-tail or the conventional.

I have several of their planes and like them all, the last payware I bought was the V33(?) I think this right, but could never get the download link.....made several mails to them but still have not recv'd that is 3-4 weeks ago, I fly the Bonanza a lot and would recommend but read their instructions carefully as you download Hope this helps

I can also vouch for the Carenado F33. Flies very well and pretty much hits all the POH numbers. I also like that it has the tendency to drop like a rock when the power comes off, Bonnie's don't make very good gliders lol.

if you're a VC freak like myself, and require a top notch VC with clean crisp well done panel textures in the 3d cockpit then DO NOT buy the Carenado Bonanzas..i have it and have trashed it due to one of the poorest payware VC's ive seen (visually speaking). If its payware youre looking for youd be better off waiting another 6-12 weeks because DreamFleet will be releasing a beautiful looking Bonanza soon. Visit their website Forum for some preview pics. I havent seen the cockpit yet but im positive that portion will be done in much cleaner, crisper and greater detail than the Carenado cockpit. When Carenado released the Bonanza, their panel work was not up to par at that time.Dave

Hey Guys,You're forgetting about this new aircraft...Dreamfleet's A36 Bonanza. It's pretty close to beta testing I hear, and It looks like it'll be amazing. DreamFleet's panels are usually excellent, and their aircraft models are right up there with the best of the best. Look at their forum on www.flightsimnetwork.comEvan

Love the Carenado V35!Great looking, superb 2D/3D panel. Very nice flight dynamics.Only criticism - the engine is way too quiet (yes its on MAX in Sound settings).Overall a superb aeroplane.RegardsAdam

I've got about 150 hours on the V35 and I love it. Some say that the VC isn't very good, but since it is an upgrade from fs2002, I still think it's very acceptable. I especially like that it's an older model because the frame rates are really good. I'd recommend the V35, but the new Dreamfleet Bonanza looks pretty sharp.
