i have not received any emails from you, which would explain why you don't have a key.what address are you sending the key request to?if the email address you're sending FROM is unknown to me, i will not process your key request.jd

to simplify the key generation, i am using the email address that i have on file, to match the email you're sending the key request from. if they don't match, i ask for you to help me update my recordsjd

Well, can you make up more than just one e-mail addy for a customer? I have so many e-mail accounts... I am my own provider of webspace, domains and mail accounts...I guess by the next time FS9 and or my windows XP will have to get reinstalled again, I use a different email account as default.megasmile_______________________Regards, Torben Hadlerhttp://www.step-by-media.com die neue Community! Actualy it doesnt change, but I maybe will use another one of the many accounty I have, not even having that in mind next time I send a request. I can easyly change the outlook configuration to show the address you have at file. But will I remember that in maybe 6 or 12 month in the future? The addy you have from me will not change, but the one I use as default in outlook. You see, it would be easier for us two, if you would use a customer number each one would have. I just would have to write that down or save it as a text file in my FS9 root folder and use this number in the subject of a request e-mail. So you could find me fast by this number, no matter what e-mail addy I use this next time. A customer number YOU make up for us will not change, but e-mail accounts or used e-mail addresses can change fast these days. -- just a creative thought though...._______________________Regards, Torben Hadlerhttp://www.step-by-media.com die neue Community!
