Hi fabio,Check that the reply hasn't gone to your spam folder. Key requests are dealt with within an hour or two of receipt.Cheers,

Hi Ray,thanks for the quick response. I'm quite sure that this is not the case....I'm checking the filtered mails for extra security before eliminating them (they are not automatically erased). Maybe I'll send another request now and double check If a key is sended in the next hours. Thanks again.ByeFabio
