i have not received any key requests from you in the last 24 hours, or the last 7 daysif i had, and automated process would have generated a key, and sent it to youso you can try sending it again, or post your new product id herejd

Hi Ruediger,<>With respect, that statement is not correct. None of us own any of the software we purchase. We purchase a licence to use the software. The software remains the property of the author. This applies whether we're referring to the Windows OS or Radar Contact and applies globally.Regards,

Hi Ruediger,Once you have the registration key you do have unlimited use of the program. Before you can use the program of course you need that registration.The problems you experienced in getting that registration may lie in the e-mail system. JD's ISP mail server has probably treated your message as spam and didn't deliver it to him. Once you posted here he replied promptly.The ownership of software is a difficult area. People often believe they own the software they buy the same as when they buy a washing machine they believe they own that. Unfortunately the law is quite different between the two. You are only sold the licence to use the software. That's how a court of law would rule.Anyway, you're up and running now. Enjoy Radar Contact. :-)

Hi Ruediger,I can only speak regarding Radar Contact. Why would you think we would terminate support? There are no plans to do this.The problem of your emails not being delivered to JD don't just happen to you and he can't be blamed for them not being delivered. Mail servers get a lot of spam. For some unknown reason yours didn't get through but don't worry about it. You have your key now and if anything changes on your system just request another key. That how the system works for all RC users and how many complaints do you see here? Virtually none.Don't worry. :-)

i've stated this before, i'll state it againif we decide we've done, we will release the key generator to all registered customers, and i'm sure it will be widely available to everyone on the internet within hours.i'm not going to quit, and leave you high and dryjd
