FlightSimCon 2015 first news article on AVSIM appeared on February 4, 2015. Just over a month later—and thanks to the support of the flight simulation community—there is a lot to update about the upcoming June 13-14 flight simulation conference.

Probably the biggest news for flight simulation fans is that flight simulation personality Peter Wright (“Frooglesim”) will be headlining our extensive list of speakers . Peter runs a popular channel on YouTube, and will be speaking on Saturday morning about his views on the future of flight simulation.

In addition new speakers confirmed Tony Vallillo (retired Captain at American Airlines) and Glenn Carter (Dean of the School of Aviation Science at Daniel Webster College and U.S. Navy veteran) .

On the exhibitor front, FlightSimCon 2015 are working to reach out to flight simulation developers. A2A Simulations, iBlue Yonder, and I.D.S Innovative Development Studios (travelling all the way from Europe to speak at the event!) were recently confirmed as exhibitors. FlightSimCon 2015 have partnered with LiveATC.net and Sky Blue Radio to help promote the conference to pilots and real-world aviation enthusiasts who may not yet know about the power of flight simulation. Additionally, Sennhesier Aviation will be exhibiting at the event, and Plantronics products will be on display throughout the event.

The momentum is building and FlightSimCon 2015 are looking forward to more exciting news with another update in April. Until then, follow FlightSimCon on Facebook and Twitter, or visit the FlightSimCon 2015 Homepage for the latest information.
