    Cockpit-Fest USA 2018:  Announcing two events!

    Featuring aircraft cockpits and simulators that arrive from from coast to coast this will be the 6th year for Cockpit-Fest USA.

     

    FLIGHTSIMCON 2018:    June 23-24 
    We are excited to join FlightSimCon at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, one of the premier hotels and conference centers in downtown Dallas. 
    The hotel is located next to the iconic Reunion Tower, a 50-stories tall  observation tower and restaurant with three levels of 360 degree breathtaking panoramic viewing. The hotel location is walkable to downtown restaurants and nightlife.
    FlightSimCon is an annual aviation and flight simulation conference designed to bring pilots and flight simmers together in an interactive social setting. Conference attendees have the opportunity to meet other simulation enthusiasts, experience how online flight simulation can benefit student, rated pilots, and ATCs and engage with exhibitors and speakers to learn about improving their desktop flight simulator experience. FlightsimCon is open to select showroom ready cockpits, submit yours today!     WARBIRDS ON PARADE 2018:   Aug 31 - Sept 2nd 

    Cockpit-Fest USA hosted by the Cold War Air Museum. Featuring aircraft cockpits and simulators gathered from across the USA. Held in conjunction with the annual Dallas/Ft. Worth Commemorative Air Force "Warbirds on Parade" and carshow.

    Frankly I find it a bit ridiculous that there are two conferences a few weeks apart in Dallas and Las Vegas. Too bad the two organizations could not come together on one.

    Personally, it looks like FSexpo vultured the dates and time of year based on the previous five years when FScon occurred. Would have been nice if they played nice and had theirs in the fall or something. FScon seemed to take the high road and not schedule FScon the same weekend it had been every year so enthusiasts could attend both if they wanted (based on reading a post by Nicole). Power of choice. Thanks.
