FLIGHTSIMEXPO has opened partner registration for their summer 2018 event with the following Press Release.

FlightSimExpo seeks speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to engage with the projected 500-700 attendees who will gather in Las Vegas this June for the conference.

LAS VEGAS – January 4, 2018 – FlightSimExpo 2018, a new flight simulation conference taking place the weekend of June 9-10, 2018 at Flamingo Las Vegas Resort, has opened registration for conference exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers.

With a variety of sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available, there is a partnership opportunity for nearly any aviation or flight simulation organization. “We’ve structured the partnership opportunities to ensure that all companies and organizations—regardless of size—can be involved in this event” said Austin, a team member working with potential partners.

Interest in the conference has been strong since it was first announced last fall and early registration numbers have exceeded expectations since opening last month. Partners should expect to see between 500 and 700 aviation and flight simulation-minded attendees at the conference in June.

Organizations or individuals interested in sponsoring, exhibiting, or speaking at FlightSimExpo should visit for information on the available opportunities .

Hoping to attend the event? Attendee registration is open now at flightsimexpo.com with the best pricing available until February 1. Attendees can also book their stay at Flamingo Las Vegas Resort by visiting Here.

If anyone is planning on coming out for this and has general questions about Las Vegas or things to do feel free to let me know. I've lived here for nearly 20 years and am planning on attending! Hope to see you all there!

Is there a banquet at this one ?

We are planning to offer drinks and light appetizers to all attendees, courtesy of Orbx, immediately following the event on Saturday. Because there are so many great food options nearby, we want to give attendees the opportunity to explore the area and likely won't have a formal dinner for everyone. However, we'll certainly have options to make it easy for groups of people from the event to meet up for meals.
