simPlugs and RC Simulations are delighted to announce the penultimate version of Panel Builder. Version 2.61 adds four additional Cessna 172 style engine gauges plus fixs for FSUIPC users and adds more functionality to Panel Builder EFIS.
These include:EFIS Wind Gauge now displays relative wind direction and not just the wind direction. The EFIS Attitude Indicator pitch marks now aligned to horizon. The EFIS Attitude Indicator design is improved, EFIS Gear Indicator has been fixed for FSX/Simconnect users; EFIS Radio fixed for FSX/FSUIPC users. Panel Builder 2.61 Trials and updates are to be found in the AVSIM library. This is probably the last update before the release of the eagerly awaited simPlugins Panel Builder GPS add-on which will be shown for the first time at the Cosford Flight Sim Show, which is later this month.
R C simulations is pleased to announce that SimPlugin Panel Builder gauges were chosen for a conversion of a real Cessna 340 twin cockpit into a simulator for Ringway Flight Simulation in the UK and also used in the Trenchard Museum at Royal Air Force, Halton in their "Chipmunk" simulator.
