    Self-Loading Cargo

    Chuck_Jodry-VJPL

Real-time Simulation Of Passengers & Cabin Crew For X-Plane, P3D and FSX.

Just launched  a new application for all simulators called "Self-Loading Cargo" which simulates passengers in real-time

Each passenger has their own randomised personality based on age, health, hunger, thirst, happiness, anxiety, how much they've had to drink and how much they need the toilet... the value of each of these affects their reaction to various events that happen during the flight, meaning no flight is the same.

You can see how much affect your actions (or inactions!) are having during the course of the flight with real-time notifications, and will receive a grade and explanations of everything that happened during the course of the flight once you land.

Its designed to bring a bit of life to the cruise, and a challenge to the landing (there's a landing rate monitor built in) instead of every flight being a monotonous A to B experience

Sounds interesting, Chuck! I feel bad enough making the baby cry on descent in A2A's Constellation, so I may stick to cargo - "boxes don't complain!"

Ahem, sorry. I am curious though. So does the app extrapolate to 500+ pax on an A380, or down to 2 in the back of a 172?

Do you have an "in-flight" video yet of how it works?

Hi - author here. Thanks for the feedback 🙂

It does a best guess of a realistic number of passengers for the current aircraft, and you can override it at start up with the number of passengers you'd like to simulate if you're not happy with the suggestion.

There is a maximum of 600 (!) which is more than enough 🙂

As for a minimum ... there is a product roadmap > http://slc.lanilogic.com/changelog which I plan to allow for GA aircraft ... it is not currently in progress however, there are more pressing things.

No, it is automated after purchase.

There have been a couple of people who's email addresses have caused the system to fail but based on their payment receipt I've set up an account manually and had them up and running as quickly as their support email comes in.

Self loading cargo? Oh, I was confused and thought this product found a way to simulate my current CFII 🙄

I purchased because I like the looks of this and where it is going. I fully support this and hope it continues development. But for now I am not going to use it since the "Experimental" feature of keep on top in full screen does not work (XPlane). Tabbing out of the sim to check on things is not going to work for me.

But it really fills a great spot when it matures a bit more. Buy it and lets get this plugin developed. 🙂

Hello, from Ron Kolesar AKA The Blind Pilot.

Would like to know if anyone has the add on program Self Loading Cargo.

Would like any and all versions from version1.5 and up, but not version1.55.

Version 1.55 isn't all that friendly for we blind pilots and would like the earily versions if at all possible.

Also, has anyone heard from the designer of SLG in a while as well?

Also, anyone have any news on version1.6?

    I can be reached at:

    kolesar16417@roadrunner.com

    Very Thankfully Yours,

    Ron Kolesar
