uBlock Origin gets rid of the YouTube ads for me, at least on Chrome. Adnauseum in built on top of it, but I would imaging the click fraud detection algorithms would kick in so the content creators probably won't benefit from those clicks anyway. It might even hurt their revenue in the long run.

The default msfs live weather vis control is different than the preset control and subject to different parameters and limitations. For example in presets you can't assign low vis (without precip) below about 3SM without making a cloud layer act as a fog layer (which ASFS does automatically when it needs to for that vis condition). Between 3 and 9SM we are using control of other parameters (like humidity) to influence as required. ASFS was criticized for having too high vis at least a couple times in streams today, compared to live weather, but it looked right to me according to METAR (except for a bug related to LFVP and too many cloud layers that we resolved in the open beta posted now). So maybe that helps you. Note that if you are in/under active precipitation, MSFS will reduce vis beyond any vis setting/adjust control (that we or msfs live wx has), which is somewhat realistic, perhaps a bit overdone IMO but still pretty close.

For the client app, not at this time, but we plan to add that soon. But you can run the web companion app on any device on the network (through browser). page 3 of this thread

Latest Cessna 208 improvements?
turnandbank replied to jimrooney's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
According to his post, he already has, or is at least familiar with the BlackSquare option already. He is looking for similar improvements to engine behavior as the BlackSquare version provides but wants to keep the G1000NXI avionics. I would be intereest in this myself too. -
Certain aircraft diving on approach
kiek replied to Flic1's topic in PSXseeconTraffic for FSX | P3D | MSFS
No that is not a model issue. It is bad data in RealTraffic. -
I know, this is a stupid question to ask of a weather program, but has anyone tried if the visibility works correctly? The visibility with the default live weather is always half of that of the METAR and it has ruined many non-precision approaches for me. If this is fixed in Active Sky, then this alone would be a reason for me to get it.
-
Is it possible to have Active Sky MSfS running on a networked pc or does the app have to be installed on the same computer as MSFS?
-
For me no Flightbeam no flights into or out of SFO for me.
-
We've had 3 reports/confirmations of fix, related to certain AV blocking of that folder and its .exe files. False positive. In this case you must allow/exclude that folder. This did not come up in beta. Sorry for the issue, but out of our control. We'll update our documentation and notes accordingly to make this easier to find and be aware of.

ActiveSky FS Released
craigeaglefire replied to DMullert's topic in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020)
PSA: @Damian Clark, Just purchased your ASFS two hours ago - would not connect, Steam MSFS with AutoFPS utility, wasted 2 hours - but got it working by going to AppData/Roaming/HiFi/AS-FS/AddonFolder & then running 'ActiveSkyUtils', this really should have been sorted out beforehand, IMO, AS FS now works! -

Nah, I just use adnauseam, so far it works, and the best part is it also clicks all AD at the background so I don't need to see any ads, google don't know what AD I like the most since I've clicked them all, and both the platform and content creator got the sweet sweet ad money from those scammers who put these nauseate AD on the internet in the first place, win-win-win IMO.

Yes, looking fine, great shots ! cheers š
