  1. Past hour
  2. The only issue I have with FG is the need to use DX12 as for the past month or sowith DX12 I get system freezes - sound continues but the sim is unresponsive. I don't experience this with DX11. Most unfortunate as otherwise FG had been a game changer for me. Bruce
  3. If using RGB fans, can be useful for controlling RGB on all fans (matching or synchronous colours) assuming the rear fan hub is an RGB one. It does help keep the front side neater. Downside is that all the fans connected to it are usually controlled as one. That means you cannot set individual fan speed curves for those fans. If plugged into separate headers on the m/board you have more control. That’s because the UEFI BIOS sees the rear fan hub as a single fan, Also nothing wrong with using the rear hub for some fans and the front board connectors for others. Always a good idea to connect CPU and water pump fans to their dedicated front side connectors regardless.
  4. Inibuilds have a good rep for aircraft , just because they don't take years like a certain other developer does not mean it will be bad quality.
  5. Hi, congrats on your release of your wx add-on! It looks nice and has some interesting features. The more 3rd party weather development for MSFS, the better, for everyone! Looking forward to your progress.
  6. I was just about to say the same thing. I keep mine at 70, and everything looks perfect. I'm running at 4K Ultra, TAA, with FG on. The sim couldn't look or run better!
  7. ...πŸ™‚...You may deny but I do recall having caught (eh...I mean seen) you fly the B787 once...πŸ™‚... Actually, you have flown the Corporate Big Boy Jets a bit more often...This is a fine set here ...!
  8. Cannot be harder than that of my teenager, Todd....πŸ™‚.... while waiting for any Amazon package of his.... literally tracking to the next block and next street corner on the phone...until it arrives...πŸ™‚... You'll have fun installing MSFS and your planes, fresh, on the brand-new computer...Cheers ...!
  9. Today
  10. I think it can be the hacking software, because the native frame generator (for the 4000 series) doesn’t do that.
  11. Thanks for supporting CS, pmplayer...Sad that they have fallen into this state of disrespect... I have fond memories of their glory days, as you too mention FSX...I was spending considerable times on their forum at one point...was part of their gradual (stepwise) releases of 737 Legacy Series... Their 727/737/707/757/767 were SIMs of great fun and miss them much...hope they bring those back to us in the MSFS...within our lifetimes...πŸ™‚...we'll see...
  12. I kind of like to be surprised by FSHud with the STAR and approach assignment but yes, being able to see it in the interface for whenever I want to would be a cool feature! Even though FSHud usually is always on time with the assignment. (I also like the timely announcement of the approach, including transition: not something every ATC addon does.)
  13. Hi all, came from Belfast here and from the island to the coast and a little south to Lancaster. Before I could land it I had to interrupt because of real life. There are some people in real life who are absolutely not interested in flight simulation, I cannot understand that...πŸ™‚ Thank you very much for viewing! Cheers Andreas
  14. Thank you, Andreas. That sounds great. Even the default MSFS has done quite a good job around here...same on the mainland, I think...at least around Land's End....will post a set of pictures from there...Yes, Heli is great to explore these tiny island groups...
  15. Beautiful images of the SAS Embraer, Darryl...Always been fond of SAS... Thanks for sharing...!
  16. Yes, it's a nice glider. Thank you PM! πŸ™‚ Thank's a lot P_7878. Would also like very much to go there in real life but I'am afraid this will not happen. Must be a fantastic area there. The glider is Ant's drifter, a great payware addon for FSX/P3d from Australia. I think he also brought it to msfs, not shure.
  17. Just 5 more days to go...πŸ™‚...Have fun with it, Todd.... Nice picture of Florence, here...
  18. Might be a fun marketplace offering to accompany each new World Update. UK nominations. 1) The Blackburn Botha. A reconnaissance plane whose cockpit provided horrible visibility. 2) The Brewster Buffalo. Ugly fodder for Japanese Zeros. 3) The Fairy Battle. The Germans shot down a 100 of these in a single week.
  19. Wonderful ambience all around...and the images of Hercules to boot...around LaGuardia airport... Your <grin> is justified...πŸ™‚...
  20. 3 great sets of KLGA Andy, looks all very good. I always wanted a nice KLGA for P3d together with the old Manhattan scenery but nobody did it. This is of course influenced by all the interiour modelling as well, it's a lot of extra data.
  21. Well tested it in compatibility mode and the performance tanked terribly, so that old solution is out. Not terribly surprising given that V5 is recommended for windows 10 minimum. Jon.
  22. Wonderful details, Andy, especially at ground-level... Thanks for sharing... I am hearing good things about MK Studios...
  23. Oh...is that the FSX Trike...πŸ™‚...cannot get any more nostalgic...~20 years have passed since I flew that thing for the first time... Thanks very much for posting about Bar Harbor....I'd done one unforgettable driving trip (a very long one from Columbus, Ohio), many moons ago, to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, and had also explored it in MSFS and posted about it...always wish to visit that place (in RW) one more time...wonderfully scenic with lakes and mountains... Nice pictures, here, from good old FSX...!
